The rooms are spacious and clean. The service is brilliant. The hotel has a relaxing and nice atmosphere. The indoor swimming pool on the 75th floor is great, and there are some nice bars and restaurants on the top floors.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view from the reception on the top floor was absolutely breathtaking. The staff at the reception of the ADD venue were extremely helpful, making our check-in process smooth. The room was comfortable and spacious, with extra little touches that made our stay even better. The facilities within the room were top-notch, and having a butler was a great added bonus. The gym and spa area were both great, providing excellent relaxation options. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection, with both American and Chinese options available. we couldn't ask for more from this hotel.

I came here to celebrate a birthday and booked last minute, but the staff still managed to decorate the room in a short period of time, which was a pleasant surprise. The view is breathtaking, and the butler service is outstanding. The bedroom and bathroom are extremely large, and the spa mode is perfect for relaxation. The swimming pool has a fantastic view. The breakfast options are extensive, with both American and Chinese choices. The views from the rooms and lobby on the 96th floor are very nice.

This hotel is truly luxurious. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed by the polite and careful staff. The fit-outs were high-quality, with beautiful and luxurious bathrooms. Our room, situated on high levels, had fantastic views overlooking the river, which divides mainland China and Hong Kong. To relax, we visited the Spa centre, which provided exclusive amenities such as body wraps and full body massages that left us feeling reinvigorated. The restaurant had great views, and the staff was friendly, providing us with special diet menus.

Although our stay was memorable with exclusive amenities and luxury, we encountered a small issue with the breakfast. The precooked eggs were barely warm, which was a letdown as we discovered that it was how they always did it there, due to rush hours in the morning.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, situated next to two huge shopping malls, making life convenient for guests. The rooms are luxurious with beautiful fittings, marble floors, and hardwood furniture. The staff offers friendly service throughout the stay.

The breakfast could do with improvements.
